What should you expect initially?

After our initial meeting, you will receive the FOCUS “Approach” document which outlines:-

• our findings upon assessment of your current technological environment
• the issues that we have identified
• all the symptoms of the issue (or the deliverables of the solution)
• an overview of how FOCUS will approach correction of the issues or implementation of the particular solution
• confirmation of the assumptions that FOCUS has with regard to your operating environment
• the expectations that FOCUS has for your business upon implementation of the proposed solutions
• risks, if any, associated with the approach undertaken by FOCUS, and
• what infrastructure or specialised services are needed to best address your desired outcome.
